Extensions Recommendations and Details
- 2 bundles recommended for fine-medium hair density; 3 bundles may be needed for thick or blunt cut hair
- Natural 1B (can be color treated)
- No blend of synthetic fibers, tangle-free, minimal shedding
- Can be pressed straight
- Extensions last up to 12 months with proper care and maintenance
All items ship via USPS to United States residences only. Orders weighing less than 16 ounces are mailed via USPS First Class shipping. All others are mailed via USPS Priority shipping. All orders will be shipped within 3-14 business days. USPS delivery time is 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status. Once the order has been shipped, it is the sole responsibility of USPS, please direct all questions and concerns about shipping to the carrier. Please note, due to COVID-19, shipping could be delayed.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
AD+ Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the recipient and marked as delivered by the carrier. All orders come with purchase insurance up to $50. In the invent you do not have possession of your delivered item, please in form us to start a claim and then open a claim with the shipping carrier. If the claim is awarded in our favor, the insured amount can be provided to you as a refund or credit towards your next purchase. Please note, you have the option to add additional insurance, a signature confirmation or shipment to a different address if you choose to purchase again--just let customer service know.
